Over 75,000 people work at Heathrow across 413 different companies, and a diverse range of opportunities are showcased at the event. The Fair is free for all attendees, including schools, parents, local job seekers and exhibitors. Each year the Heathrow Jobs and Careers Fair offers the perfect arena for Heathrow’s future workforce to meet and find out about the careers available and the skills required.
Today, there are many fantastic opportunities on offer for young people, parents and jobseekers – and with the airport progressing through the planning process for Heathrow expansion, there will be more opportunities on the horizon. Now is the perfect time to visit the fair and kick-start your career.
Heathrow is a pioneer member of Step Up To Serve, a campaign that champions Youth Social Action. Heathrow wants to support local people to volunteer, so we are working with local councils and community organisations to promote these opportunities in a new Volunteering Zone at the Fair. Volunteering is a great way to build employability skills and give back to the local community.
