Job Title: CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
London City airport
Salary: £11.95 PH
Hours: 40 hours - Monday - Sunday Working times between 05:00-23:00 Days & Evenings
The main aim of the role working as a Mitie Customer Care Agent at London City Airport, you will escort passengers through the terminal as directed by the allocation team. These passengers may have reduced mobility (PRM), hidden disability or temporary impediment.
To be succesful in this role, you will need:
•Previous experience of working in a care giving capacity would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
•Able to cope with a busy and vibrant airport environment.
•Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature.
•Must be able to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
•Preferably to hold the Driving License (not essential)
•Be able to walk long distances while pushing or pulling a heavy load
To meet security requirements, you will need:
•A fully 5 years checkable reference history is essential
•The ability to pass a basic Criminal Record Check / DBS
•The Right to Work in the UK
