  1. Identify role(s) for your customer

  2. If the Referral Code is JO.LDN.Remote Roles, refer your customer by adding the code to the API Classification - the Action Notes will populate.

  3. If the Referral Code is JO.LDN.Remote Roles.Apply, refer your customer by adding the code to the API Classification, then copy and paste the "Action Notes Job Link" into the CSAP (API Action Notes) in the designated space to instruct the Customer to carry out next steps.

Hours: Full Time (12 month fixed term contract)


To provide regular communications to all customers who have engaged on the service within twelve months, conducting high volumes of contact attempts to track customer progress against career management goals, maximising performance potentials whilst achieving KPIs, compliance and quality targets. 

This is a fixed term role for 12 months


You will have:

  • Education: GCSE or Level 3 in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Experience of providing exceptional and responsive customer service via thetelephone and digital means
  • Excellent IT skills including Office and databases
