Location: Remote - they will need to be willing to travel to occasional meetings and events approximately 4 to 5 times a year to locations in either London, Lincoln, Manchester, Camberley, or Newcastle

Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to our Executive Director and
department heads across the globe. Your daily tasks will involve preparing compelling presentations and
reports, keeping things running smoothly with administrative support, and handling general secretarial
duties. Moreover, you'll be responsible for planning international trips and coordinating work meetings,
workshops, and visits with internal and external colleagues and business partners.

You'll join the Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics team at Siemens Energy, a dynamic group dedicated
to creating and enabling data and AI-driven solutions. Composed of innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile
data, digital, and AI professionals, this team is passionate about driving Siemens Energy's digital future.
Responsibilities:
As a Team Administrator, you will:
● Support of Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics (ED&AA) in general as well as department
heads globally
● Preparation of presentations and reports
● Administrative and organisational support in day-to-day business and completion of general
secretarial tasks in the front and back office (e.g., processing emails, creating orders)
● Planning of (international) trips as well as work meetings, workshops and visits of internal and
external colleagues and business partners
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
● Relevant professional experience in the field of team administration and support
● Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as internal
administration tools, i.e. travel and expense management
● Very good English skills, written and spoken
● Independent and structured way of working, and good understanding of processes
● Willingness and organisational skills to maintain an overview in stressful situations
● Discretion and reliability, especially given the sensitive and confidential nature of some of the
information and activities that you may come across with
● A confident and friendly attitude
