Description:

•Proactive management of cafe team. Responsible for day to day operations, supporting, training and people development.

•Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships and client liaison.

•Accountable for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.

•Accountable managing breakfast, lunch and afternoon offer in line with company standards ensuring high standard of food presentation and portion/quality control

•Responsible for assisting General Manager to meet and exceed sales targets

•Responsible for working closely with company marketing team to create and maintain café marketing plan

•Work closely with kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure café is staffed and managed as per business requirements

•Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, allergen management, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

•Experience in a similar role

•To be professional, polite and well presented whilst providing and maintaining excellent customer care at all times

•Skilled barista and understanding of high street trends

    •Reporting and overseeing any repairs or maintenance needed
