The role is to provide an effective caretaking service and maintain the general environmental upkeep of our estates and properties. This includes:

Sweeping and mopping the insides of our blocks, attending to bin areas and litter picking the outside spaces.  

Cutting grass, trimming hedges and pruning flower beds. Spraying weeds and hand pulling or hoeing weeds as required.

Collecting fly tipping and other rubbish from our estates.

We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and can demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidence when addressing a variety of issues. You must also have excellent communication skills to enable you to engage with residents, colleagues, and partners to improve our services and meet our performance standards.
