Job Title: Maintenance Technician
•You’ll need to have experience in maintenance and repairs previously, but you don’t need to have worked in hotels before. Plumbing qualifications at NVQ 2 level and mechanical electrical qualifications would be an advantage. Our hotels offer enjoyable job roles with a huge amount of variety day to day.

•So what does a Maintenance Technician do?
•Prioritise and undertake reactive repairs, communicating with colleagues throughout
•Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks and compliance checks
•Assist with ‘out of hours’ emergency call outs as required
•Ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times in your hotel
•Support the Regional Property Manager with planned refurbishment
•Proactively share insights with the Operational, Property and Maintenance team to improve overall service to guests
•You’ll need to be organised, methodical and logical and have a ‘can do’ attitude to get the job done
•What experience do you need?
•Demonstrable experience in building maintenance
•Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work or similar
•Plumbing qualification preferred NVQ2 level
•Computer literate (for compliance and audit tasks)
•Mechanical electrical qualification and experience in water management compliance an advantage
