  3. Ensure your Customer has made a note of the roles they are interested in - the Customer will need this information to complete the Referral Form in order to be contacted by the Engagement Team.

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Lewisham

Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 5pm

Salary: Up to £32,000

Job Details:

•Ensure accurate entry of employee information on the HR systems and processing to other departments.

•Prepare HR reports within the specific timeframe and attending internal and external meetings when required.

•Represent HR department at working groups if and when required.

•Update HR documents in accordance with company compliance procedures.

•Be an active team member in Head Office ensuring that all tasks are carried out effectively.

•Deal with site-based staff welfare issues in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company standards and Employment Legislation when required.

•Ensure that all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with Company standards and CIS Integrated Management System.

•To assist the HR Director and other Managers with ad hoc tasks and projects when required.

Job Requirements:

•Previous experience in an HR / Employee Relations assistant role is essential.

•Have knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice solutions.

•Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to create new and develop existing relationships.

•Ability to plan and prioritise workloads, in a fast-paced environment, whilst working towards tight deadlines.

•Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities.

•Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.

•Will have had exposure to working with confidential and highly sensitive issues and information.

•Ability to analyse and process data.
