This September, the National Careers Service is attending The London Job Show (Westfield Shepherds Bush) and offering free support to help you improve your career. 

Taking on board customer feedback and feedback from events, the team has set up an Instagram account (search for National Careers SW) to help inspire you to take the next step.

This year, the Inspiration Agenda Teams in London, the South West and the West Midlands will be celebrating their successes and hosting a range of activities and events across one week in September – Inspiration Week!

In September, Advisers delivering the National Careers Service in London took part in a 2 hour training session to learn how to effectively communicate with customers with disabilities including deafness & blindness.

Students in Wolverhampton will explore the world of computer science using the latest technology in a series of interactive workshops. The workshops, for students with special educational needs and disabilities, are designed to inspire young people to consider careers in STEM subjects.

We celebrate one of our National Careers Service Advisers working at HMP Brixton, who was nominated as an Outstanding Individual by the Prisoner Learning Alliance.

We celebrate a National Careers Service Adviser working with Feltham YOI, who was recognised for her outstanding dedication by the Butler Trust.
