During this session we will discuss traineeships, how they can benefit you and the progression paths available to you post traineeship.

SIA security programme.
Learners will achieve 6 qualifications during this 4 week programme, including a level 2 safeguarding and anti-terrorism qualification, Level 3 emergency first aid at work qualification, and their SIA level 2 door supervisor qualification. All the training is completed at our training centre based at the NEC which is a short two minute walk from Birmingham international bus and train station, there is also free parking for those that drive.

Doing this course opens a lot of different opportunities within the Security Industry. for example working at venues such as the NEC, working at any of the festivals run throughout the summer, working in retail, or even static security. We know, from the young people we have asked, that the last year has been particularly hard for your age group and many of you have lost confidence and feeling anxious about finding jobs and the future. In this session we will share the results 18-25 year olds survey where we asked key questions about their fears and aspirations. Plus we will share our top tips.
